With a huge reputation to live up to, Sziget continues to be one of Europe’s largest multicultural musical events. For some serious fun in the sun try the Lake Festival. One of Europe’s coolest summer events, this is a must for any dance fanatic. This year, the EDM festival promises to be bigger and more awesome than ever before. As well as music from the likes of David Guetta, Martin Garrix, and Calvin Harris, you can also get wet ‘n’ wild with the water sports available to all ticket-holders.

Buckle up for an outrageous ride at the yearly craziness that ensues at the zany Boomtown Fair. If raw heavy metal and hardcore punk gets your blood pumping, head to Summer Breeze this summer. Here the music offerings are anything but light and breezy, as the not-so-apt name might suggest. The primeval line-up showcases some of the world’s most intense, no-holds-barred entertainment from the metal and punk scenes. Summer Breeze is the perfect choice for anyone who lives by the motto: “No guts, no glory!”

Creamfields is one of the most prestigious events on the dance festival circuit. In 2017, the event is celebrating its 20th anniversary, so be prepared for the celebrations to ramp up a notch – or 10.
